1. Yoga Practice (Asanas):
• 24 poses including sitting, standing, backbends, twists, inversions, and sun salutations
2. Breathing Techniques (Pranayama):
• Alternate Nostril Breathing
• Bellows Breath
• Bumble Bee Breath
• Ujjayi Breath
3. Meditation & Yoga Nidra:
• Guided meditation and deep relaxation to calm the body and mind
